Former Bondsman’s Property Sells At Auction

BEXAR COUNTY, TX -- Bondsman Emerson Vance faced challenges six years ago that saw him lose his license and his business. Recently, Bexar County tried to hold an auction to get rid of some of Vance’s foreclosed properties. In addition to six foreclosed properties that once belonged to Vance, the county also tried to get rid of six other bail bond properties. In total, the properties netted $33,500. Four failed to sell, while some sold for only $100. Vance still owes approximately $3 million to the county.
