Police Help Bondsman Capture Fleet-Footed Defendant

SALISBURY , NC -- A bondsman was looking for Jakeith Gerald Terry, who jumped bail. The bondsman called police for assistance and Terry was found in a hotel room. According to police, Terry tried to elude police as well by jumping out of a hotel window and fleeing on foot. After a short chase, police captured the suspect and arrested him. When police searched the hotel room, they found drugs, cash, and a gun. As a result, Terry now faces additional charges and faces a bond of $132,000.
