CHATTANOOGA, TN -- A defendant allegedly paid his bondsman with fake $100 bills and has been arrested again. Bondsman Michael Ford claims that Carlos Jones gave him $100 bills to pay for a bond, but Ford quickly realized that the bills were counterfeit. Jones claims that he won the money in a dice game.
